Lorri Perkins Headshot

The clear multiplier in any organization is its people.  The capabilities and mindset of individuals who work to lead, manage and influence the organization directly affect growth and results. The team and cultural dynamics in play that determine how decisions are made, how conflicts are resolved, and how communication is handled are absolutely critical to the success of the organization. That is the work I do.  I meet people and organizations where they are in their development or life-cycle and work with them to become more aware, more skilled, more confident and more impactful.

My process is a relationship-based, consultative approach to solving business problems through people.  I work hard to know the people I serve and the specific dynamics of their organization and culture.  From there, we work together to address what is most needed for the individual or organization’s success.

Whether as a coach, a classroom teacher, a facilitator, a sounding board or thought partner, the work I do serves to optimize the talent in the organization and help them attain the results they work so hard for.

There is nothing more professionally rewarding than seeing the light go on for someone; to witness relationships strengthen and to experience, with the client, the attainment of their organization’s goals. This website tries to capture and convey a flavor of my work and my style of coaching and consulting.
